With more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare and pharmacy markets, Daniel Gladwell leads the financial operations and organizational growth strategies for Clearway Health. He has led a dynamic management career with experience in financial reporting, long-term and budget planning, management, reporting analytics and strategic planning.

In his role at Clearway Health, Daniel uses his experience to manage a team of experts who guide both internal and external financial activities often lending their expertise to our hospital and health system clients to help them attain margin goals and program success.

Daniel is inspired by the power of specialty pharmacy for hospitals and health systems – enabling them to provide vital healthcare services to patients and the local community that otherwise would have been fiscally impossible without the transformative, financial power of a specialty pharmacy program.
